In Summary
The price for the installation covers our plumbing work that’s required, electrical work and removal of the old cylinder and valves.
This package is suited for a direct replacement assuming the replacement unit is of similar size as the existing cylinder.
While this package is comprehensive, certain issues could still arise at time of installation that are not part of our standard packages. In those circumstances additional work will need to be charged separately, specific to job requirements.
What to expect.
Electrical - If your existing electrical setup is unsafe or non-compliant with todays regulations, additional charges may be necessary for your safety, incurring extra charges beyond the standard electrical quoted work, this will be determined by our electricians on-site.
Plumbing- We recommend replacing any Black Dux quest piping that may be present in your existing setup or galvanized piping that may be rusting during the installation to a more secure pipework system. We can arrange to replace these types of pipes in addition to the standard quoted work.
Any unforeseen circumstances that may arise that can cause delays will not result in penalties against The Watermen Co Ltd.
Any cancellations of jobs once purchaes or on day of installation will incurr a cancellation feed and restocking Charge.
Work to be completed within on site visit on the same day. Additional Charges may be applied for Extra site visits beyond our Control.
Subtrade work not mentioned in description eg Building, painting etc is not allowed for on quotation
Exclusions
Floor replacements, pressure limiting valves, low pressure tap replacements, new flues or roof flashings are not included but will be discussed and agreed upon before any additional work proceeds.
